Digimon Fusion Season 1 is currently up on Netflix in HD in the USA (any other countries that get it we will update you as we find out.)
While not live, sites that scrape Netflix for data show a second listing for Xros Wars with a different description and a different show ID, suggesting that Xros Wars may be appearing on Netflix subtitled very soon (the second listing currently sends users to the Fusion listing in the Netflix Kids section with a negative color image of the Fusion poster.)
Thanks to both Seifer and Mendinso for various information.

I wonder if the subtitle script is the same as or any different from the Crunchyroll version.

I can't find the sub. "Digimon Xros Wars" does not pop up immediately after typing "digimon" in search bar("Digimon: Digital Monsters", "Digimon Adventure", and "Digimon Fusion" are the only results.) If you type in "digimon xros" it will show up, but the link leads to the same place as "Digimon Fusion".
EDIT: Images: http://oi61.tinypic.com/2wodkj6.jpg

Notice that "Digimon Xros Wars" is included as some sort of logline/subtitle to "Digimon Fusion", but I saw no obvious way to "toggle" the audio to Japanese if Netflix has ever even allowed such to happen.
EDIT EDIT: Also, so not a fan of fragmenting the show off like that. Whoever's in charge of getting this stuff up should have nabbed Frontier and Savers, broke it off into six seasons, and be done with it.

Yeah, someone should probably alert Netflix about that. I think it's supposed to be separate entries and it's not.
EDIT: What's funny is the above link seems to have the descriptions swapped, where the generic description should probably be for Xros Wars, while the name dropping one should be for Fusion. Yeah, I think someone messed up. ^^''

I changed the initial post for the information we have, and linking directly to the Netflix listing for Fusion.

Based on the encoding on the files it appears this is a show where Netflix received proper master tapes and did all the encoding work themselves, so it actually looks rather nice.
I'm sure someone will grab screenshots and compare to all the transport streams of the show as it aired in Japan to compare video quality.

Are you sure? Other UKers are saying it hasn't shown up yet.

I checked about an hour ago and I couldn't find it under any Digimon name.

And yet they still haven't put season 4 and Data Squad on yet.
It would also be nice if they included the movies.

As discussed on Twitter earlier today, PataPata is right. But hey, at least this one is on there.

I'm surprised Xros might be coming coming to Netflix considering the second half of the show has the most objectionable content. I'm surprised they would take the risk of putting the two next to each other, though I guess most kids won't watch more than a few minutes of subtitles.
Hyped that Fusion is up though, the more exposure it can get until the next half is dubbed, the better. I wonder if they might have tweaked any typos or anything.

I wonder if Netflix will use the Nick(toons) versions of the Fusion episodes, or the Vortexx versions.
Which reminds me, I really need to get back to doing those comparisons. I'm about 13 episodes behind. ^_^'

It seems the movies may have some rights issues, judging by the fact that they haven't been released on home media outside japan. I repeat, may have some issues, because somehow Revenge of Diaboromon was shown at the 2013 BBC Children in Need.

I don't think they'll release the second season of Xros wars until the dub version starts airing, but it could happen. I do remember them fixing the Frigimon error where they used its Japanese name in episode 7 but this was fixed by the next episode and when episode 7 re aired it was fixed. I can’t remember the others though, but I bet some of them were fixed.

Other then fixing some errors the vortexx and nick versions are pretty much the same.

Well, the first 3 had the movie as done as Digimon the Movie via Saban Ent and Fox.
The next 4 were licensed by Disney to air as TV movie fodder for ToonDisney. Those not getting DVDs weren't a matter of any specific licensing issue, but rather that it just wasn't worth their time/effort to do.
The fact Digimon the Movie hasn't been put up by Fox digitally, and hasn't been reprinted ala the Ranger films suggests perhaps they might not have the rights anymore (and I can't recall the last time Disney aired the other 4 Digimon films.)
Hopefully the rights have reverted back to Toei, which means they'd be in Saban Brand's hands since they are the master licensor.

Is it possible that 20th Century Fox owns the right to Digimon:The movie?
I remember with Power Rangers even though Saban owned the show, 20th Century Fox owned the rights to the movie but not that long ago Saban acquired those rights.
They might not have bothered to do the same with the movie.

I believe everything you said I had already said.
And Saban didn't buy the movies from Fox. They bought the IP regarding the films (exclusive characters, designs, etc. hence the upcoming "The Movie" toys.)

I'm enjoying watching Digimon on an actual TV again.
Although I haven't checked to see if this is on Netflix Canada yet the other 3 seasons showed up here.

I'm checking Netflix Canada right and I don't see the first season of Fusion - I just see the Jap/Eng Adventure seasons.
